Breathing To Burn Fat

There are some who focus on breathing techniques. You have to breathe to live, and some do it because you can better breathe under water for longer periods of time. Others do it to just have a greater lung capacity for exercise in general, and frankly some are now using it for weight loss or at least so they say. You can’t just breathe normally to do this. You have to do a special kind of breathing.

They claim that when you do this, oxygen will improve the metabolism therefore helping you to burn more calories and over time burn more fat. It apparently helps to allow the toxins to also go out with your former fat stores, and it will oxidize various things. They also say it will naturally energize the body while naturally purifying it as well, all leading to greater lung capacities, greater weight loss results, and greater metabolism and fat burning in general.

Apparently, you’re supposed to learn from an experienced individual while also repeating each cycle about 10-15 times. You can also go into oxygen bars, but the whole idea of this breathing technique is to get more oxygen running through the body and therefore by default get better results as a whole.
