The Good Points Of Cravex
Cravings are not as big a part as weight loss as it would sound like when reading Cravex advertisements. But we have been pleasantly surprised by Cravex and what they use. Cravex is one of the few products that breaks it down this simply and gives you totally effective ingredients. You get just a few major ingredients including garcinia cambogia, green tea, and caffeine. And all of these work as major fat burners. Ingredients meant to control cravings don’t make substantial differences. But these fat burners can. And green tea also comes with natural antioxidant benefits.
The Bad Points About Cravex
Cravex does not give you the clinically proven amounts of these ingredients. Cravex sounds good, and it looks good at first, especially when you use 1000mg of pure garcinia cambogia. They reveal the amounts of each individual ingredient. But as high as 1000mg may seem, it’s not enough with garcinia cambogia. Even a small shortfall is a shortfall nonetheless. Garcinia cambogia requires 1500mg. Likewise, they use 300mg of green tea, which seems good. But green tea requires a mere 100mg more at 400mg. It doesn’t seem difficult to use just a little bit more. But while Cravex has come closer than 90% of supposed weight loss pills to providing better weight loss results, but close is not quite enough.
Final Conclusion
Cravex is good in theory. And they keep it basic. While some like to see more ingredients whenever possible, more is not always better. Sometimes it’s the simple formulas like Cravex that make all the difference. But while Cravex comes closer than most we have seen, it does not go all the way. It still managed to miss quite the clinically proven amounts of ingredients we look for. And while we are sure they have quality ingredients, it is not enough.
