Low Calorie Diets

August 25th, 2009

You can always find the reduced fat and reduced salt diets in so many ways.  They are meant for those trying to lose weight, and the low sugar or no sugar diet drinks are always appealing to many in so many ways.  However, they are not actually good for you or good for your diet.  Actually, they don’t use sugar or fat, but they use these replacements that essentially speaking have the same taste, or sometimes you may have found that they taste much worse.  But either way, they trick your body, especially with the artificial sugars.

Essentially speaking, with that amount of sugary taste, your body should associate it with a certain amount of calories among other things.  However, when you use these artificial sweeteners, it re-teaches your body certain habits, and essentially speaking, you end up with a greater problem as a whole.  You end up eating more sugar and not having that natural stopping point, and frankly your body also can’t actually process it in the same way, so it sabotages your body in other ways.  But either way, you should not actually use the lower fat, lower sugar, lower salt, and otherwise substitutes in general.

Bad Carbs

August 24th, 2009

Now I know a lot of stars use extreme methods to lose weight and otherwise to improve their bodies. I’ve heard of some drinking olive oil on a regular basis, and that’s just a bit disturbing to me to say the least.  I mean I know it has good fatty acids, but they usually use it to detoxify, so that I don’t actually understand and wouldn’t use.  But others like Gwyneth Paltrow go on diets of just fruit to detoxify their body, and still others go on diets that are low carb.

They cut out all bad carbs in fact such as pastas, breads, rice, etc.  To some degree, they can sustain it because well they have more paid help and actually most of them don’t use the Atkins diet.  They still eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, they just cut out the bad carbs all together, which really isn’t a bad thing.  So frankly, sometimes celebrities have some good ideas on dieting.  It just depends on the one.  However, the idea of the healthy diet that I wouldn’t necessarily call a low carb diet as much as just common sense, that’s not such a bad thing if you have the discipline to do it.

Razberi-K

August 22nd, 2009

Razberi-k is one of my favorite ingredients, because when they used a high fat diet, the subjects were still in some cases losing weight and in other cases gaining nothing or not gaining as much.  That’s my personal dream come true, even though I don’t actually know how it works.  I would use it with a good diet of course, but of course you can imagine what it might do if you were using that sensible diet.  I can imagine it anyway.  It’s not a fat blocker interestingly enough.  I don’t actually know exactly how it works, but it seems to burn fat.

It doesn’t cause all the nasty side effects often associated with many fat blockers to say the least, because again it’s not actually a fat blocker.  I don’t exactly know what to call it at this point in time.  But it does work and it does give you a certain amount of the results you want.  So it’s definitely worth looking into.  I mean it’s now found in so many diet pills out there that you can’t exactly miss it in so many ways.  All in all, razberi-k is capable of helping you with so many things and with so many solutions.  Why not take advantage of it.

Weight Loss Coach

August 21st, 2009

There are those football and other sports coaches that always get their team hyped up right before the big game.  They have their pep talks and some are better than others, and frankly now there are life coaches who are meant to do the same thing.  I knew a girl who was married to one, and always being on the road and moving, obviously having a job was nearly impossible among other things.  It’s not like on army bases where there are built in jobs to some degree for wives and kids and all of that.  It doesn’t work quite that way.  But frankly, it’s not a bad thing, because sometimes we just have a hard time pepping ourselves up.

But for weight loss, it seems like you have to be able to pep yourself up in a number of ways.  Otherwise, how can you really expect to lose more weight or achieve greater results.  You can easily get frustrated.  So whether it’s a parent, friend, sibling, or otherwise, they probably know you better than some random life coach or whatnot or even a personal trainer.  They know what you respond to, what you don’t respond to, and they can get you started either by yelling at you, forcing you to go, or being gentle with you so that you don’t shut down.  They know how to respond to those things as you would for them.  So choose a personal coach.

Motivation For Weight Loss

August 5th, 2009

Motivation, it’s a great thing when you want to lose weight.  Well, you have to have some kind of motivation, and generally speaking, it can’t be somebody else’s.  When somebody is constantly complaining at me, my motivation is to tell them to leave me alone and go lose weight if they want to complain about it.  But the motivation more specifically is to do it without hurting their feeling to too great a degree.  It has to be done, but it’s a matter of how you do it.  That makes everything hard.

But I’ve frankly seen more than one girl see a guy she liked and get motivated because he was having a dark spot with his girlfriend and they figure when he looks this way, I’m going to be ready.  Whatever works in a way.  Actually, that’s one of the best ways I’ve seen, the best motivations.  We shouldn’t base our lives around guys, but frankly these are girls we’re talking about.  They’re not likely to change that detail, even if they know it’s stupid.  I say it’s the best, because quite frankly, let’s be completely honest here.  Girls for some reason tend to see the greatest success when they’re motivated by the prospect of a guy.  I’ve seen some girls who struggled for various reasons for months, and that came up and suddenly they lost a good 20 pounds like that.  So it’s all about the right motivation.
