Now of course, there are exercises we all think about, and we all know that while certain exercises can build muscle, the only way to burn fat is to use cardio. However, David Kirsch, a celebrity fitness trainer, has a few exercises he recommends for maximum fitness and body results in general. First of all, he claims that you should use oblique crunches, which are basically those lying on your side that raise both legs and upper body into a total crunch.
Second, he suggests using a stability ball to maximize your pushups. Third, he suggests crunches while holding a stability ball between your legs. Then there’s doing a reverse lunge basically crossing your leg over to the other side and doing bicep curls at the same time. Likewise, as he seems to really like the stability ball, you can use it to take both arms and legs off the ground for certain moves to improve your core as well as your shoulders or to just raise your legs and then spread them apart for an apparent scissor effect. He has various other exercises and names for them for that matter. But all in all, they are highly targeted and focused in great part on muscles in general.
