Weight Loss Coach

August 21st, 2009

There are those football and other sports coaches that always get their team hyped up right before the big game.  They have their pep talks and some are better than others, and frankly now there are life coaches who are meant to do the same thing.  I knew a girl who was married to one, and always being on the road and moving, obviously having a job was nearly impossible among other things.  It’s not like on army bases where there are built in jobs to some degree for wives and kids and all of that.  It doesn’t work quite that way.  But frankly, it’s not a bad thing, because sometimes we just have a hard time pepping ourselves up.

But for weight loss, it seems like you have to be able to pep yourself up in a number of ways.  Otherwise, how can you really expect to lose more weight or achieve greater results.  You can easily get frustrated.  So whether it’s a parent, friend, sibling, or otherwise, they probably know you better than some random life coach or whatnot or even a personal trainer.  They know what you respond to, what you don’t respond to, and they can get you started either by yelling at you, forcing you to go, or being gentle with you so that you don’t shut down.  They know how to respond to those things as you would for them.  So choose a personal coach.
